No... you don't have to share this but I've put some buttons at the bottom of every post that allow you to share that particular post.

As always the email post icon is still available for you to shoot a post to a friend.

If you're a Facebook user you can click the Facebook icon at the bottom of any post to share it on your wall or you can direct message it to someone.

If you're a Twitter user you can tweet our page by clicking on the Twitter icon.

The del.icio.us button allows you to store online bookmarks so that you can access them from anywhere. You can add keywords to find the page you want easily.

No matter what you choose to share or where... don't forget to be wise.
